Cancellations
In order to cancel, you must contact us by email at admin@classyartistbox.com before the next billing cycle, which happens on the 20th of each month, unless otherwise arranged with your particular package. No refunds or returns will be issued for cancellations after the current billing cycle has commenced.
Refund & Return Policy
No refunds or returns will be issued for boxes already sent by Classy Artist Box, LLC.
Each box is inspected by our staff before it is sent to ensure quality standards. If there is a problem with your box, contact us through our website form or at admin@classyartistbox.com
Any damage done to the box after it leaves our facilities is not our responsibility.
Shipping Deadlines
For monthly orders we try to ship each box out by the 10th business day of the month (order deadline is the 21st of the previous month), however there may be times that shipping happens later based on supply or shipment delays. Some shipping labels may be generated in advance of shipment date. If we get a lot of last minute orders or have a higher volume than usual shipments make take longer than expected. We do our best to ship out as soon as possible.
ProjPacks typically ship out 2-5 business days after the order processes.
Contents of the Boxes
Each box will contain the materials needed to do the monthly project, but the contents may or may not change depending on the monthly project, i.e. watercolor, drawings, acrylic paintings, or marker art. Each project will center around a theme with one or more skills explicitly taught each month.
We do not provide water, a place to wash your brushes, a drying towel, or a device on which to view the video lesson.
Classic Artist Box Information
Our signature Classic Artist Box is intended for anyone ages 12 and up! We specifically have artists/artsy individuals in mind when creating these projects and lessons! Our box is of value to you because not only are you getting a private art tutor with all materials supplied to you, but also because it is designed to save you money by combining the cost of the lesson and materials! Long time hobbyists and new learners alike can practice their skills!
ProjPack Information
Each box contains supplies for one project per person (so just 1 set of supplies unless you add more participants to it). If you add more supplies to your ProjPack so more people can participate, you may have some shared supplies to reduce waste.
Our Project Packs (aka ProjPacks) are one time projects, not subscriptions so they each only include one set of supplies and a link to the lesson. ProjPacks are shipped within 5 business days of the order (usually much sooner).
Art School Box Information
Our Art School Boxes are designed to assist home educators or families who want to enrich their student’s art learning at home. You can easily select the number of students participating in the lessons. Some communal supplies may need to be shared (such as paint or other easily shared materials) in order to reduce waste.
Art standards met by the box will align with the National Visual Art Standards, not state specific. If you are required by your state to meet specific standards, it is your job to ensure your students meet those standards, independent of the lessons provided by Classy Artist Box, LLC.
Not all standards will be met by the full year or school year subscription.
Responsibilities & Warnings
The purchaser is responsible for the safety and well being of the users of our products and services. Keep out of reach of children and vulnerable adults who are not aware of the potential dangers of sharp objects, choking hazards, toxic materials, or damage of property. Do not let young children open boxes alone in case they contain child-“safe” scissors or other things that could cause harm to a small child if left unattended. We are not responsible for any damages caused by the boxes or the content of the boxes, nor are we responsible for actions taken by third parties acting without your consent who misuse the contents of these boxes. Keep pets and animals away from the contents of the box.
Do not use on surfaces that can stain. Use proper barriers between the painting workspace and surfaces. Wear protective coverings over clothing or items you do not wish to ruin. Preferably wear paint clothes while working.

We have sole ownership of our images, video content, and promotional materials. We reserve the right to prosecute any person who misuses our materials, website features, or video lessons. That includes the unauthorized reproduction, use, or distribution of the video lessons or any material included in the box. All content is subject to copyright and may not be reproduced in any form without express written consent of the creator/author.
You are prohibited from selling a work of art produced by the provided materials or any work based on the supplied reference photos or video lessons. Redistribution of those photos or sharing without consent of Classy Artist Box, LLC is illegal due to copyright laws.
