Royal & Langnickel Gouache

Description

This is water-based Royal and Langnickel gouache (rhymes with squash). It can be used on multiple surfaces, either thick or watered down to a watercolor-like consistency. However,  don’t be fooled by the comparison between watercolor and gouache– it behaves very differently when layering. The paint can be used with bold colors (similar to how you might use acrylics) or in a wet on wet technique (somewhat similar to watercolor). We love this set because it comes with 14 different colors in the .4 oz tubes along with 2 paint brushes, what a great value!
